Returns Policy

We want all of our customers to be over the moon with their purchase! But we understand that CBD is not one-size-fits-all. For example, what works for your outdoor adventures in the field, pool, or stadium may not be a perfect fit for time in the office, cafe, or airplane. So, if what you tried didn’t work out for you, no sweat! Returns and exchanges are part of the journey, and we’re on your team.

 

If you need to make a return, please email our team at shipping@wildtheory.com. We will happily send you a prepaid return shipping label. 

 

Our Return Policy Guidelines

Unopened Merchandise 

• Within 30 days: All unopened merchandise will receive a full refund to the credit card used to complete the purchase.
• Between 30 and 90 days: All unopened merchandise will receive in-store credit.
• After 90 days: Returns will not be accepted.

 

Opened Merchandise

• Within 90 days: All opened merchandise will receive in-store credit.
• After 90 days: All opened merchandise is non-refundable.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Broken Merchandise

• Within 90 days of purchase: If the product is damaged, defective, or broken, we will replace the product at no charge to you.
• After 90 days of purchase: All merchandise, regardless of being damaged or defective, or broken, is non-refundable.

Processing Time for Full Refunds

If your merchandise is eligible for a full refund, expect to receive it on the credit card used to complete your purchase in approximately 5-10 business days after your return request or the receipt of your returned shipment.

 

Note: The full refund will include the product price and sales tax. We pay for the cost of return shipping with a prepaid shipping label. 

 

Wild Theory CBD Co. In-Store Credit

If your merchandise is eligible for in-store credit, you will receive it through the email used to set up your account on our website. This credit will appear as a personalized coupon code. You will need to use this code at checkout during your next purchase. It will not expire, so you can use this when and how you like.
